Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product is delivered.
This policy applies to all baby essentials, hygiene products, and gift boxes to ensure safety and quality.
We will provide a replacement or refund only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Clear photos or videos are shared as proof.
Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
If an order is cancelled before shipping, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting transaction charges.
