Any delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Due to the nature of baby care and hygiene products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Any damage or defect must be reported with clear images within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within the stipulated timeline.

Teethers, care tools, and accessories should be inspected regularly and discontinued if damaged.
